WorkSafety Pty Limited was founded by Dr David McIvor, one of Australia’s leading figures in workplace safety and health. Over the decades, David and a trusted team of associates have helped hundreds of organisations develop safer, more sustainable ways of working.

About David McIvor
Dr David McIvor (Ph.D.) is a Chartered Professional Member of the Australian Institute of Health & Safety (CPAIHS) and a Foundation Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD). With over 40 years’ global experience, he focuses on prioritising workplace culture and leadership rather than mere compliance, to foster safer, more sustainable environments.
David connects across all organisational levels, providing expert advice, training, and policy guidance while using storytelling to inspire genuine safety engagement. His expertise spans traditional risk management and emerging issues like remote and hybrid work safety.
